Returns Policy
We will accept returns of merchandise within 15 days of the original purchase date. All returns need to be send with a Return Authorization Number authorized by us. The merchandise must be unused and have all the original tags and labels affixed, as they were when the merchandise was delivered. The credit card or method of payment used to purchase the merchandise will be credited promptly upon the acceptance of returned merchandise.
Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number(RAN). RAN's expire 15 days after being issued. We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail since Llacta is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Clearly print your name, address and RAN on the outside of the package in the return area. We will not accept any return with out the RAN# printed or clearly written on the top of the returned box.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If the item was shipped with free shipping we will charge you for the actual original cost of shipping the item.
Shipping
We ship one to three business days after receiving your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
